Please read the information below before beginning the application process. These policies are effective for the Fourth Street Learning Center.

Application Submission Requirements:

  • Print out your completed application and attach the required documentation.
  • Hand-deliver your application with the appropriate documents to your first choice school within three (3) school days.
  • Out-of-state applicants may submit documentation using a certified delivery mail service (USPS certified delivery, FEDEX, etc).

Note: Applications and documentation not hand-delivered within the three-day timeframe will not be accepted.
